Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your defective or damaged item to request a return. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a return/refund/exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, you can contact us with information and photographs/videos of  damaged/broken good at  mombaati123@gmail.com.

Refunds
If your goods fall in the return category, we will arrange a pick-up for the goods. Once your goods are received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned products and also about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the account provided by you, within a span of 7 days from the date of approval. If you haven’t received the refund in more than 15 business days since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mombaati123@gmail.com.
