Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Please note that during busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Flat Rs 50/- on orders below Rs 2500/-.

Free Shipping on all Orders of more than Rs 2500/-.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all addresses within INDIA. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping address. Shipping to remote and hilly areas may take longer time.

International Shipping

Currently, we don't  offer international shipping .

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your candles to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All orders are carefully packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Damaged Items

If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and ensure you’re completely satisfied.
